Just 10 minutes from Stamford, Park Farm offers spacious, quality bed and breakfast in the pretty hamlet of Careby.

Individually styled, spacious bedrooms with uninterrupted views over open fields.  

The Shire: A queen size double, ensuite (bath with thermostatic shower over, basin, bidet, and loo).

The Clydesdale: With double and single beds, this is available as a family, double, twin or single room, it’s own bathroom (roll top bath, basin and loo) and a private landing.

Rooms offer full size flat screen 'freeview' televisions; WiFi Internet access; DAB digital radio alarm clocks; hairdryers, excellent hospitality trays, and ironing facilities.

  • We offer a comprehensive breakfast menu with a good selection of starter and cooked options including full English or Vegetarian, sourced where possible from local produce.

  • Unlimited off road parking for vehicles, boats, trailers, horseboxes, etc.
  • We are unable to accommodate young children.
  • A large dog kennel with covered run is available for guests' pets, along with fields for walkies. In consideration of other guests - no pets in the house please.  
  • There are several excellent Pubs in neighbouring villages, with extensive menus and ales.
  • Park Farm is a non-smoking household.

Guests are welcome to arrive between 4pm and 10pm.  Checkout is by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Only a 10 minute drive north of the historic coaching town of Stamford, and  Burghley House, the site of the famous horse trials, and setting for many major films including Pride and Prejudice and the De Vinci Code.

Bordering England's smallest county of Rutland, Park Farm is ideally situated for sailing, fishing, cycling and bird watching all possible at Rutland Water.

Geoff Hamilton's famous Barnsdale Gardens are also close by.

(Rutland Open Air Theatre), Grimsthorpe and Belvoir Castle together with the National Trust's Belton House and Woolsthorpe Manor are within easy driving distance.

Towels of a high quality and a range of toiletries provided.

A very good breakfast offered, with a wide selection of starter and cooked options. Local or homemade specialties featured, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients.
